Most projects can be produced and delivered within 1-3 weeks. High volume orders usually require additional time.

Yes, you will receive up to ONE free virtual proofs for your final approval before we move to production. Pre-production decorated samples are also available for an additional cost.

We accept EFT and ACH transfers and all major credit cards. Company checks are accepted from established customers. Invoicing will take place upon shipment of goods. 50% deposit is required for all orders above $5,000.

Republic Promos is able to ship either on our competitively priced UPS account or on your 3rd party shipping account (3rd party shipping fee may apply). All shipping will be listed on the final invoice. We will always ask for approval if expedited shipping is necessary to meet a in-hands date.

You will be sent your final invoice via email after the items ship.

We request that you review your order upon receipt and notify us if anything is incorrect. A return may be accepted within 10 days of delivery of your order due to product defect or any error on the part of Republic Promos. Return inquiries made later than 10 days after delivery of your order will not be accepted.

We are able to provide samples free of charge with shipments billed to your 3rd Party account. Samples over $50.00 that are unreturned after 15 business days will be charged to your credit card on file.
